NTC’s Accelerator Groups bring together cross-regional leaders to fast-track solutions to shared economic challenges through structured collaboration and peer learning.
Each Accelerator Group is a curated network of regional CEOs, civic innovators, and industry experts committed to accelerating progress on high-impact issues—such as expanding access to mid-wage jobs and building a stronger healthcare workforce. These groups create a trusted space for sharing strategies, solving common challenges, and spreading scalable solutions across geographies.

Problem-solving vanguard of regional CEO networks focused on the challenge of creating pathways to mid-wage jobs. The group is intentionally grounded in the initiatives these leaders already have underway and is structured to both accelerate progress and to enable leaders to contribute insights to others. Working sessions are held virtually every ~3 months, each focused on one organization’s approach to building pathways to mid-wage jobs. The leaders receive a
diverse set of input and ideas from peers and other invited experts, all with the goal of advancing their thinking and sharpening the approach to their work. As the understanding of each other’s work grows over time, common themes emerge to share with the wider NTC community.
